Actually, it's the talking heads that should be graded in the first place. They basically are predicting what player a team will take at what position and in what round. If the team that they predicted to take so and so at no.5 in round 1, and they don't get that pick right, it's an F. If they get it right it's an A or you can take the entire draft and see how many they got right as to what a particular team took at a particular spot in the draft and if they got more right than wrong then their grad would reflect how they did not how the team that drafted did. What makes them more right than the team doing the drafting. The people on the team that's drafting have their jobs to worry about, not the prognosticators.
