The death penalty solves nothing. Take every pedophile or child molester and kill them. In 20 years or less we would have a new crop of them. Society breeds crime. A woman walking naked on the side of the road would have a good chance of getting raped here, yet in a tribe its perfectly ok. Society is the problem and capital punishment here doesn't fix anything.
