It's still the furthest this franchise has gone so should be archived here somewhere.
But I can't can't can't.
I just always watch until the 3rd quarter. Hopefully its a game they learn from.
SaintSeb 06-19-2009, 01:40 PM No Sir.
wamland 06-19-2009, 01:46 PM thanks St.Chadwick.

I have it taped because I couldn't watch it the first time. I still have not.
On the other hand, St. Chad., You have brightened several of my afternoons here of late. Thaks much.
The Atlanta/Dome return game willtop it off nicely.
Wahoo 06-19-2009, 02:14 PM Was there live, and then watched the NFL Network replay a few days later, up to the Cundiff missed FG. No more torture for me (but thanks for putting this up St Chad, for those who some how have never seen it, the Brees/Bush TD pass is a thing of beauty).

I stopped watching just after the Reggie touchdown.
We didn't run NEARLY enough in that game. But that is Sean Payton for ya.
Cjjr72984 06-19-2009, 02:23 PM People talk alot about Deuce not being run enough (which I agree with) but the 1 thing that jumps out at me is how bad the condition of Soldier Field was. I truly believe if we would've ran our offense on a better field we would've won that game.
It took a full quarter for the players to know how to plant and cut and for Sean Payton to know which plays to call.
Oh yea, Fred Thomas and Josh Bullocks sucks!

Most definitely. The field conditions played right into the Bears game plan, which was to run the ball and play defense. Didn't they run 50 times in that game while we only ran 10? Ridiculous. But I do agree that had we played on sunny day, that game would have went very differently. The only reason I feel our offense was shut down was because of the field and Payton's inability to call run plays even in the worse of conditions.

Yeah...It was nice to see Artie tear into him on that snorefest of a show on HBO.

feoinfunroe 06-19-2009, 02:58 PM StChadwick, I have really, really appreciated these games that you have posted this week. Thank you so much. When I watched Deuce break the touchdown record in the GB game I teared up all over again.
But I don't think I'll be able to watch this one. I just really don't think I can. Thank you, though.
