BIG LEAGUE:

FIGHTING IRISH 71
ALL-STARS 68

Irish snap five game losing streak and get a much needed win. Both teams now 3-5 and with fading playoff hopes. Jake Plummer gets the start for the Irish and has 17 points. All-Stars are hurt by the loss of Clinton Portis and suffer the close defeat.

WOLFPAC 79
METROPOLIS 71

The Wolfpac Reveneg Tour has gotten off to a good start. Down by 18 going into the Monday night game, the Wolfpac turn to Tom Brady and he gives an MVP performance. Brady's 26 points are enough to give the Wolfpac the win. Pac now 3-5 and still alive. Metropolis gets 33 points from Larry Johnson but not much else. Metropolis still has a two game lead in the division.

2526 58
UNDERACHIEVERS 55

2526 get a big win to move into a tie for first place. Not much scoring here but 2526 get teh win. Worth noting that Marcus Colstrom has 20 points for the Underachievers in a losing cause. Underachievers fall to 3-5 and must win out to get to the playoffs.

BLACKENED VOODOO 64
DOLPHINS 54

This time, the teacher has the revenge on the student. Its hard to sweep a Voodoo team in a season series. LaDanian Tomilson has 30 points for the Voodoo and that is the key to the victory. Dolphins fall to 5-3 and are now in a first place tie with 2526.

RENO MAHE MAHE 70
EAGLES 34

A battle between two big Eagles fans goes to the Mahe mahe. What happened to the once mighty Eagles, now losers of two staight games? With the loss the Eagles fall out of first place for the first time this year. Reno Mahe gets 26 points from Reggie Wayne to lead all scorers, Mahe now 4-4 and in the mix for a playoff spot.

DESTROYER 73
SAINTS 50

Dont look now but Destroyer has won two in a row, and has scored over 70 points in each of the last two weeks. Can this team get back in it or is it too late? TE Desmond Calrk leads all scorers with 20 points. Saints still in line for playoff spot but the loss hurts.

ZEROS 77
LADYBUGS 47

The Zeros Express continues to roll, and is now all alone in first place. Peyton Manning has 22 points and Alge Crumpler again comes up big, this time with 13 points. Zeros looking good. Ladybugs still in playoff hunt but need to start winning games. Playing in a tough division hurts.

Thats the Big League. Will keep the Keeper League scores in a few minutes.

It is official, I am on a winning streak! Pick-up players playing good for me in the last two games, Boom Boom last week and Desmond Clark this week. Goes to prove that all is not lost on draft day, making the right pick-ups can change that. Will it be enough? We will see, next up is the Dolphins and they will bow down or be Destroyed.

I agree Jerry. Thats why it is so important to never give up!

KEEPER LEAGUE:

LADYBUGS 83
CUBS 48

These are two teams that are going in opposite directions. Ladybugs move one step closer to securing a playoff berth. Larry Johnson (from Penn State) has a monster game with 33 points. Rex grossman adds another 19 points. Ladybugs now in the #4 playoff spot. Cubs are in line for top pick in next years draft.

LOST PARADISE 100
BLACKENEDE VOODOO 72

WOW! What an offensive outburst from Lost Paradise! First team to get to 100 points this year (but it wont be the last, as we shall see). Tom Brady and Reggie Wayne each have 26 points, and Desmond Clark adds another 20. Lost Paradise is now the #1 seed and looking for the bye week that comes with it. Just think how far this team has come since taking over for Yosemite Sam. Voodoo had a solid game, just not much you can do when your opponent scores 100. With the high point total, Voodoo still in line for playof berth.

DA SAINTS 59
BREASTS 32

Finally, finally, somebody burts the Breasts bubble. Da Saints get a much need win after losing a couple in a row. Low scoring finally catches up to Breasts. Breasts had 7 of 9 players score 2 points or less. Da Saints get 25 points from a resergent Michael Vick and coast to victory. Breasts still in first place but for how much longer? Much needed win for Da Saints.

TBBA 109
ALL-STARS 54

Two teams in the same week break the 100 point barrier!!! And this one was a beatdown. TBBA gets 30 points from LaDanian Tomilson and 20 from Marcus Colstrom to coast to easy victory. This sets up a big showdown next week between TBBA and Lost Paradise. What a game that could be if this scoring keeps up. TBBA withen a game of first place now. All-Stars get 19 from Ravens defense but fall to 4-4 with the loss.

NITTANY LIONS 70
ZEROS 59 - IN OVERTIME!

What a crazy game this was. Lets back up one week first of all. Last week the Nittany Lions picked up free agent QB Jake Plummer, who the Zeros had dropped a week before. You see, McNabb was coming up on his bye week and Matt Hasselbeck was injured. The Nittany Lions go into Monday night down by six points. All they have left is Chad Jackson on Monday night. Chad Jackson finished with one catch for 10 yards...and a touchdown! So we are tied at 53. Zeros reserve is Dallas Clark with 6 points. Lions reserve is Jake Plummer, the former Zero, with 17 points. Lions get the win in OT 70-59/ What a lucky break for the Lions, who have guys getting hurt every week. Tough loss for the Zeros, who fall to 2-6.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION 67
INJURED RESERVE 53

Big win for the UC team. UC and Lions and Voodoo all fighting for that last playoff spot. UC gets 24 points from Drew Brees to get the much needed win. Injured Reserve's lead over the Lions and UC only one game now. We are heading into the home stetch and this thing is wide open!!!

OK thats all the scores. Tonight, I will post the standings, the pickups, the updated keeper league rosters...and I will even do a Swami while the real Swami is on vacation!

Till then, I remain,

Yeah,I was just thinking last night that I was the first to hit 100 and then I see TBBA does it as well.I really could have done without Tom Brady on Mon night.I had Voodoo beat already and was up on Wolfpac and Tom(DIETZ) Brady plays on fire.I should have played Chad Jackson but I still would have lost by one.I did all that scoring and both my running backs didn't do crap.I hope I can keep up with TBBA this week.I am so glad that byes are almost over and some players are getting healthy and hitting their stride.Especiallly players like LJ and hopefully Stallworth.Onward to the playoffs,I can't wait!

Later THE MIGHTY RAFECES!!!!
