the size of my picture for my avatar? Everytime I try to upload it , I get a message that the file is too big.

How about changing the text size of the new forum? It won't let me change that on IE (yes, yes...Firefox is the way to go, etc...but I'm at work and don't have Firefox here). The old SR.com I could change the text size, but not now. The font is too big right now.
