Tickets aren't cheap right now, looks like. Stubhub and ebay members are already pre-selling. If anyone gets a good deal, let the rest of us know. The other thread for the Seattle game looks like a grip of fans are going.

Seriously considering it. It's been too long since we attended an Away game...

My wife and I are both going to be going to the game and we want to sit in the lower east stands close to the front. How close can you sit behind the bench without having an obstructed view?

I would like to be between the 40's but I'm not sure what row to try and get tickets in.

I'm going....I live in Sacramento now so I can be in the $25 dollar land-fill, garbage of a parking lot at "The Stick" in about 1.5 hours. "Frisco" fans are pretty tame.....and BTW they love their city being called "Frisco" kinda like we looooove hearing idiots saying ..."I'm going to New OrlEEEns"

Well, you all know what I look like--I'll be sportin' my "Rowland" jersey as will my brother. We really should all plan on a tailgate meeting.

What time are you guys from southern cali leaving and what freeways? I never been up that way and kinda curious.

well.. from So cal.. can take the 5 up to the 580w (right when ya reach tracy,ca).. take that into the east bay. After that, Im not too sure which way to go.. maybe mapquest it?

Or..

take the 101 all the way up (from los angeles area).

As far as which is faster.. Im not too sure.. havent taken the 101 the whole way ina long time.. so maybe someone else can help out with that.. but the 5-580 way might take around 5 1/2 to 6 hours or so (depending on how fast ya drive) from Los Angeles. Normally takes mefrom 4 to 4 1/2 hours from LA to tracy.. then about an hour west or so to san fran.

Im in northern Ca now.. and should be in SF on Friday night.. friends of mine from LA comin up.. was gonna try and hit a Cal game on Sat but they are away that weekend. =(

Might try and drive back to catch the Fresno St vs Boise St game though.. hmm..

5 north is much faster than the 101. 101 is very scenic, though, if that matters.
