What "play that wasn't" would have made the 42-17 victory even sweeter?

I thought Reggie was going to try to go over the top from about the 4 yd line late in the game when he instead went out of bounds. Honestly, good call, don't need him to get hurt with the game solidly in hand. What a game!

The biggest play that wasn't was that Fred Thomas shouldn't even have been trying to catch the ball...it was fourth down and as that ol' football philosopher Tommy Jackson always says about 4th down plays. And I quote...

"Knock it Down, Knock it down!"

Thomas should have spiked that ball like a volley ball.

I agree 100%. He wouldn't have made more than five or ten yds. on a return, but if we knocked it into the dirt we would take over at their line of scrimmage.

Amen...knock that sucker to the ground! I don't see how he could catch a ball anyway, with that thumb and hand wrapped up like that.

Yes agreed, he should have spiked that sucker !!!
At the time that happened, I was really concerned that play was going to come back and bite us in the !@#

Especially after that first Dallas touchdown! Take away those two plays and who knows, could have been 49-3 :ezbill:
