A Turbulent Off Season

It's the start of the off season 2012,
who knew that Roger was gonna give the Saints hell?
The start seemed like any other start,
some players were cut, others were re-signed.
But then the bad news started pouring in.
Apparently Payton, Loomis, Vitt, Vilma, Smith, Fujita, Hargrove, and others committed the ultimate sin.
Dictator Goodell laid out his will, Payton and Vilma are done for the season.
But all these people may have been punished for the wrong reason.
Goodell won't admit that he handled this mess the wrong way.
Maybe he'll finally man up some day.
The latest news we've been hearing is about appeal after appeal,
while Drew Brees still has no new deal.
I'm sure Saints fans want to move on from this bounty situation,
we also want Drew to sign with the Who Dat Nation.
Once Brees has signed with the team,
it will be time to re-live the dream.
Another Saints Superbowl will be on the horizon, fans will shed tears.
It will be fun to watch the Saints kick everyone's rears.
