Yep,what's the old saying; A Drunk mind speaks what a sober mind thinks. In my youth I''ve been near falling down drunk on
Bourbon street and committing an act like this was still the farthest thing from my mind.

I have to agree with you here. Dude was unconcious and not hurting anybody. It was completely uncalled for in this situation as the teabagger didn't even know the victem to be able to label this a prank.

The worst part is that they Youtubed this assault and humiliated this kid on the national level. I'm not sure how severe the consequences should be, but there should definitely be consequences.

The lawsuit does not specify a dollar figure for damages. It says the LSU fan suffered "mental anguish, humiliation, embarrassment, anxiety and depression ... damage to reputation" and lost tuition payments "for having to withdraw from school."

"Mental anguish, humiliation, embarrassment, anxiety and depression" sounds like every other LSU fan after the BCSNCG.
