Funny but I would have bet BIG money that LSU hadn't even played 31 night games on the road during the Les Miles era.
When I first heard this game had been change to a prime time telecast, I truly wondered if there was any advantage for either team by moving it to the evening. As far as I know Bama doesn't/hasn't play(ed) nearly as many night football games as has LSU. In fact this year
due to all the football networks eager to have the Tigers playing in their time slot, LSU has missed out on playing many of those evening games. Thus, this night game appears
to be catering much more to the time slot LSU would prefer to play their big SEC contests. Oh if this game were only being played in Tiger Stadium this year!
So now I wonder if this stat is having an affect on the actual betting line for the game Saturday night. If I were a gambler, that would be a hard stat to ignore.
