Losing 2 brothers and a sister is tough, but its not justified to use a guy as a punching bag. Guy just needs a punching bag in his room, let him beat the crap out of it.

Wow. 3 dead siblings and he's 23 years old. That took all the joy out of this story for me
Obviously not acceptable behavior, but it is kind of understandable. I would be a mess!

Ever lose someone close to you? While what Price did may not be "justified", it is 100% understandable.
When you are grief stricken, the smallest thing can set you off. Trust me on this one.

If Blount got in a fight with Barron...Barron would be in the ICU right now. That straight right knockout vs Boise is what boxing is missing now days.

Stress makes you do strange things. He needs help, not people calling him a punk. I feel badly for Price. That is a LOT to deal with.

Man that is foul, He lost two brothers to gang violence, and now his sister in a car accident. He will be raising his sister's kids and Im sure he will raise them the best he can, without losing his temper. The guy is going through something only a few could truly imagine. Losing a sibling is hard. I know from personal experience. But to lose 3 siblings would send me into a very dark place. I feel for the guy.

I think this is mostly a non-story. Fights happen in football. In this instance, a rookie picked a really, really bad time to not "know his place". I've argued on the Bucs forum that if you asked veterans around the league who was at fault, they'd blame Barron for not giving up his seat and responding with an "eff off". Not saying that's necessarily justification for getting in a fight, but, again, fights happen.
Price has had a really rough go of it since entering the league. He tore his hamstrings clean from the bone as a rookie and had them screwed back, a procedure no professional athlete had ever had done. He couldn't really exercise and started the season out of shape. Worse than all that is the loss of his sister who he was closest to of anyone. No one should have to go through that. I know I'd be a mess if something happened to my sister and I adopted her two kids.
Football-wise, he has a super-quick first step and could be extremely disruptive if he could stay healthy. Hopefully he returns to the team for training camp and gets his life back to normal as I'm sure that will be healthiest for him and for the kids.

This... "hazing" is for high-schoolers and college kids, and even then it's chump-ish to say the least. The NFL is a business, and when they're at work they should act professional. If Barron said something that crossed the line regarding Price's recent tragic events, then maybe it was justified.. however if he just wouldn't give up the seat, Price should be suspended.

I implied that losing someone in your immediate family isn't an excuse to act like a fool and I don't have to be Brian Price to know what that's like
