We sign their best players, they sign our cast offs. I love the relationship we have with the Chargers.

Let them have him. We don't either Franklin or Rogers.

Good! Let him just fall over on their field for them and not ours! The dude really couldn't stay on his feet to save his , well, to save his gig with us anyway. Maybe they'll like his "fall down-style" in SD but I kinda doubt it.

Interesting. The day we signed him last year I was in downtown San Diego. The day the Chargers signed him I am in New Orleans.

Idk what happened to that guy. He was franchised by the 9ers the year before you guys signed him then held out before the season for a long term contract that he never received and was never the same since. I thought you guys picked up a steal initially. Too bad for him.

Watch him go back to being pretty good now that he's back in a 3-4 defense. He wasn't a fit for our defense but in SD he's a low risk, high reward player.

Not much about our front 4 really blew my skirt up at all last year. One of the reasons our DB's get punished is due to our lack of pass rush. I'm looking forward to the new faces on D this year along with some of our young studs. I'm predicting a pretty good year defensively for us compared to the last few.

I was thinking that being in a 4-3 scheme might have been a part of it. But like you said, it was a low risk, high reward potential signing last year.
