Dave: "How much $ is enough Drew?"
Drew: "You tell me Dave, you're as greedy as I am"

Letterman is on CBS. Local channels do not use the Directv channel format. Whatever the local CBS in your area is, should be the channel on Directv. Local networks are usually low numbers 2-69

Wonder what kind of Top 10 list Drew will get to take part in this time. Hope it's something along the lines of "The Top 10 things overheard from Goodell at last week's player appeal hearing":
Quote:
Drew, Number 10:
"Make sure my 12 apostles meet me in chambers afterwards, I don't want them to miss my
straw-into-gold trick."
Number 9:
"You see me get all blood red when I got yelled at? Yeah...I practiced that in the mirror. Totally adds to the realism."
Number 8:
"Man today can't get much better, I stole Ginsburg's parking spot right before he pulled in."
Number 7:
"No, I'll pass on the Kleenex – get me a roll of Bounty towels to place on the desk instead. We'll call it exhibit D."
Number 6:
"Dog the Bounty Hunter photo not menacing enough. Need one with arms crossed."
Number 5:
"How does my Boba Fett tie look?"
Number 4:
"Jeff, where's my gavel? No, not that one, my Hammer of Thor one."
Number 3:
"Did you see the guys pull up with chauffeurs? I suspended their licenses too."
Number 2:
"Go tell the players I have a Chicago Bulls theme set up for when I come out; I want to see their reactions."
And the top thing overheard at the meeting is:
"I thought about having a referee on standby as this may get out of hand, but I seriously don't want to pay for one."

Not sure what to make of Drew anymore. Two contracts have been turned down by my accounting and a 3rd collecting dust. He will go on Letterman to defend the team most likely. A noble action for sure but it would mean more to me if he wasn't a holdout.

Doesn't Drew meet with the arbitrator that day? Hopefully the arbitrator makes his ruling on if this is considered Drew's 1st franchise tag or 2nd tag for contract purposes and once that ruling is done, he signs one of the two versions of the contract that Loomis already has written based on the arbitrator's decision and he can announce on Letterman that he is ready to go!!!!

Well, out here in Raven country, even the most casual of football fans are calling Drew one thing: greedy.

Yall seem to forget Drew Brees has worked his arse off tho get what he has. He deserves every penny he gets and they need to pay him. Look if manning broken down is work what he is and Brady is worth what he is why the heck shouldnt Drew Brees get paid? I know I am not the most popul;ar guy on her heck I am one of the most hated because i will speak my mind. I admit I go over board most of the time but for crying out loud yall help me to figure out what I am doing so wrong so I can do it right. Dont just throw me to the whatever board you put my threads on just help me out. I have been a saints fan for as long as they have been a team. Anyway just pay Drew get him back on the field and lets win another super bowl at home this time. Then we can tell Goodell to shove it up his arse side ways.

People calling Brees greedy need to grow a pair. of eyes. There are more than 30 NFL players making more than him and P Manning last year alone made 43 million, about 70% of what Brees made in 6 years! BTW, Brees is not "holding out", it can be called a holdout only if he's under contract.
