The only ones talking are the conspiracy theorists.-Jeff Duncan
I didn't write the article, Jeff you did. So you are conspiring that everything is exactly as told?
My father told me to believe 10% what you hear and believe 90% what you see.
Seems you missed the boat on common sense.

I think Duncan really believes that he is just that much smarter than the rest of us. I would love to see him come back here and try to have a genuine debate over what he just accepts as the truth.
Short of that, see you at training camp scooter.

Meh, might as well be Mike Florio, Skip Bayless or Pete Prisco writing, if you know the author is feeding drivel for the purpose of being different then let them. If he wants to be the unpopular writer at the local paper, so be it.

The uncritical acceptance of Mary Jo While, a litigator who works for a firm employed by the NFL is most disturbing. Just because a lawyer says it doesn't mean it's accurate--no offense to the attorneys out there. Lawyers slant the truth to prove a point. They put facts together in a way that will prove something. It's their job.

DO NOT CLICK THE LINK! The only way to send a message to trolls like Duncan is by not giving him hits.

He is an idiot! He is like all the rest of the media: believing in the spoon feed garbage the NFL is handing them. Ask him has HE seen any of this "evidence" the NFL claims to have or has HE seen Hargroves signed statement. Of course the woman HIRED by the NFL is going to agree with them! She is getting PAID by them! William's audio tape is nothing more then a LOT of coaches have said. 2 of the NFL's current Super Bowl team's players ADMITTED they targeted a player due to his concussion history and went so far as saying the coach held up the players photo and stated "You guys know what to do". And yet Goodell claims there is no evidence that supports that other teams target players??? Hello???? Kettle meet pot!

Except the nflpa lawyers or the lawyers that support you position on this, right? Can't have it both ways guys. I'm still waiting for some of you to give me examples of the type of evidence you want to see that you will accept as true. I can't think of any evidence that can come out that most will not dismiss as league- coerced, league-influenced, from a disgruntled employee or former player, or is dismissed through semantics.

But, why hasn't Sean or Loomis spoken out about the so called Bounty issue? Or Benson? Duncan has a good point. Why hasn't this board ask that same question?

What would that accomplish? They can't sue, don't have a union, and Goodell hears all appeals. He also has much more control over them as opposed to the players. Similar to the witch trials, maybe they realized that proclaiming their innocence no matter what was likely to make the punishment worse, even if they weren't guilty. And they did appeal, it's not like they rolled over.
It's all about recourse and protection. If Payton or Loomis had been a member of the NFLPA, you can bet your *** they'd be fighting it right now.
