Londoners Love The Saints & We Watch American Football For The Violence
First let me say that us Londoners love the New Orleans Saints.
I have been a fan since I went to the Chargers vs. Saints game at Wembley a couple of years ago.
We love to watch American Football because of the hits that the players make on the defense and we like the violence. We don't have that in any other sport here except boxing. Certainly not our soccer or cricket.
Out of all the teams that your NFL has for some reason Londoners like to cheer for your New Orleans Saints.
Maybe it's because you never give up. We don't expect you to give up now either.
We think what the NFL is doing to the Saints is just plain wrong and that guvnar Mr. Roger Goodell is rubbish and a bugger and should be thrashed.

I'm trying to learn but I'm having a devil of a time trying to find out who this Bill Parcells person is that I see discussed on this message board.
Perhaps someone can convey their thoughts on this matter and who this Parcells person is and why he means so much to the New Orleans Saints.
Bill Parcells aka The Tuna was a head coach for decades from which our own Sean Payton learned the trade of head coaching in the NFL. Bill has a history of going into an organization and turning it around making it respectable, he has never come into a situation like ours. We have a championship calibre team already in place, need Tuna to handle the media.

That sounds quite interesting.
I wish I could find a good American sports radio station to listen to online.
I'm listening to Sport Talk in the UK right now but the hosts never speak of American Football until the game at Wembley comes up. That game this year is not until October. When they speak of football here they speak of what you call soccer.
Italy and Belgium have some good sports talk stations but the same topics of conversation are routine I'm afraid.
