I am just wondering if you couldn't subscribe to SIRIUS radio online and listen to the NFL Network on SIRIUS channel 88. Tim and Pat are the best, IMO.
Yes that is a splendid idea.
I just like to listen to the local media when possible.
Since the floodgates have opened let's do our job and debunk this thread!

We as Saints fans are very vunerable at this point. We grasp and cling to any bit of information that comes out that seems to side with us (Bill Simmons, Le Batard, Jay Feely). So what better for us than to think that a city like London is on our side! To think that even people in London know that Bounty Gate is BS, well that just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. What the OP didn't realize, or perhaps he did, is the the fact that Saints fans are not only football smart, we are just plain smart. Despite what most people in America think we aren't a bunch of red neck, swamp people living off the land and wrestling alligators.
Do we know the price of eggs in China? Do people in London know anything about what is going on in NOLA?
The obvious feigned ignorance on our football, Bill Parcells, Bobby A Bear, Cajun food, etc.
What do we on SR love to see in avatars? Hot chicks and cool cars, check, check
What better way to prove you are a real person than to say you work for a well known company and speak 6 languages! News flash, people that speak 6 languages don't give a rip about the NFL especially if they live in Europe!
The list goes on and on. How 50+ members of SR.com fell for this is a shocker. This site picks apart posts more than any other on the interweb. How this one slid through the crack is a mystery. This guy started an account with a super generic user name and ran away with 50 something green thumbs like a thief in the night. He just caught us the right time, any other time this thread would be thrashed.

It was a little over the top, especially for a guy as worldly as he professed to be. Anyway, it was clever, but do you now need another new best friend?

Was that directed at me? Do I need a new best friend? I don't get your meaning.
Just wanted to post in this here thread, so later I can say I was here.
It was a lot of fun to read the whole thing through at one gulp, the over-the-top impersonation, the buy-in by most of the hospitable folks here (no on-line community is better), the suspense (will someone see through it!) and then geoff's great post followed by the great research by yurintroubl. I was literally laughing out loud.
I needed this laugh today. So thanks to all, even the OP for unwittingly providing great entertainment.
