they still need two more LBs and im pretty confident he would be just as good as an OLB in a 4-3 and the Bills probably feel the same way, they have Nick Barnett and Kelvin Shappard at MLB.

I think Devon Still has the athleticism to be a Cam Jordan run-stuffing type of 4-3 DE, but he probably won't get a lot of sacks in that spot. I think a true DE like Vinny Curry would have been better, but that is just my humble opinion. I assume you know Miami is switching to a 4-3.
