Could be the dreaded "vote of confidence." Seriously, this is a great signing regardless of what happens to Vilma et al.

This is a SUPER addition, a guy who is just reaching his prime who plays with high energy and brings the wood! I think Vilma is a goner, need to clean house anyways with those who advocated this BG garbage. Great sign Loomis, make it count and go get Brees' deal done. Talent level on the team is getting better and better.

Indeed, as Dickson noted, Brees seems almost compelled to lead. He doesn't do it out of obligation. With him, it seems to happen almost reflexively, like breathing.

Yep, I'm so freakin pumped. I'm not even going to bother trying to go to bed, I'll just lie there counting sacks and interceptions for hours...

Love this signing. He gives us a MLB that should be a great fit for Spags defense. One thing I disagree with Loomis is that he can play all 3 LB positions, I see no characteristics of a WLB in him.
To the people knocking his coverage skills consider how our current LBs are. He's still an improvement.

Will mr. Benson rid himself of coach payton and the loomis as well? We are a better team with vilma than without. That bounty mess is overrated.

I would disagree and say i see no characteristics of a SLB. His man to man coverage skills are horrible, and the SLB is usually who has to stick to the TE.

How on God's green earth does NO sign a LB with almost no cap space remaining, while the Bucs still have 20 mil and no LB's to show for it. They better make a move soon. This is getting ridiculous.
|
Somebody tell this idiot Tampa fan that they still suck and people don't want to play for them, no matter their cap space.
