if picking up an old safety was the key to winning superbowls these guys wouldnt even be on the market. lets stop pretending that theres a formula to this or that we have to duplicate one single decision of the 2009 season and everything is going to fall into place. if you just stop and think about this realistically, you'll realize this is just a bad idea.

If it was so easy to find good young safeties, why then are our safeties suck so bad? Woodson & Reed are proofing players that can still play. If we can get them, why not?

I don't think anyone is ready to give Reed or Woodson big money. They are looking at 1-2mil, 1 year deals.
