Thats just the thing, the pass rush doesn't have to be great, all they need to do is put consistent pressure on the QB, I'm not expecting Spags to make them top 5, all I'm asking for is top 15 and stops on 3rd down

I agree, I don't think Spags can turn our D-line into even good pass rushers; but will be pleasantly surprised if he does.

You are asking for too much.

I'm only a fan, I can ask for the Saints to have 24 pro bowlers. It's just a wish list of where I currently see competition needed.

That's what Spags will be looking for. The problem is finding them. I think Junyah and Romeus(if healthy) will surprise some people this season. And Jordan will benefit from the system, although I don't know that he'll ever be an elite pass rusher.
I say draft tweeners all day long. Surely one of them sticks. And if so, look out. Damn I can't wait for Week 1.

We've infused toughness at the linebacker position, Lofton and Hawthorne will bring toughness to the position..Hawthorne will probably be the Weakside Linebacker competing with Casillas..)who I think will make this team but probably wont beat out Hawthorne but is a better option than Shanle) and Lofton who will replace Vilma (suspension) and we have Wilson at strongside...our linebackers will be a strength in run defense and pass defense. I think the Dline will thrive under Spags because they will be set free to wreck havoc on opposing olineman/qb's with Smith, Galette, Romeus, Jordan providing pass rush and Ellis and Bunkley occupying the interior lineman.

I just have a feeling we could see Wilson as a situational pass rusher with his hand in the dirt some this year.

I was fixing to say...
Why would the dictator have a reaction to who we sign. He can't do nothin' about this, at least!

A friend just walked into my office and asked me where in the hell the Saints are getting all this money. I just said, "Loomis. He's making it happen."

Last night I noticed a tweet by ProFootballFocus saying the Saints went from a crappy LB unit to a great LB unit in one Offseason. I agree with that statement.
They went on the say that Lofton, Chamberlain, and Hawthorne all graded very high last season.
