Katzowitz mentions 'asssuming Brees plays this year'. Is there a possibility he'll hold out for the entire season without a deal? Scary thoughts.

Brees can't come out and say that when it comes down to it he'll sign the tag and play. That would kill his leverage.

I'm not a saints fan and I think 12-4 is just about guaranteed. I think 13-3 is likely, and 14-2 is plausible. Easy schedule for you guys next year. Take advantage of it.

If I had to guess, I'd say 13-3. Lose packers. Lose one from niners, giants, broncos. And lose a fluke game.
