Dang... Streif is getting his lunch ate today... not sure if I'm happy for the defense or scared for Drew's life.

This is one of those good news/ bad news situations.
Should we be concerned about Strief?

Cam was a highly touted DE...coming out. He slid to us because he was more of a Run Stopping DE with limited Pass Rush Skills.
However, we have good coaches and we may be seeing the fruits of that labor. Im not worried about Strief as the Oline works as a unit. He'll probably get a lot more help in game situations...Also maybe Cam is just THAT much better.

Big reason why the Saints chipped the DEs on both sides nearly every pass play the second half of last year.
I doubt they're doing that in practice when 1) Drew can't be touched and 2) chipping the ends is quite a bit extra contact that is unnecessary at this point in training camp.

Loving some of these reports, thanks guys.
Pretty ridiculous to hear Patrick picked off a pass while coming on a blitz, would love to see the highlight for that.

I have Cam and Ingram penciled in as my Sophomore Surprises this year.
Just checking to see if Strief is 100% and shaking off the rust.
