New Orleans announced deals for both Rivers and Anthony Davis on the same day. The No. 10 overall pick will look to make the transition to point guard during his rookie season, and there will certainly be some bumps and bruises along the way. We'd like to see how he fares in preseason before passing judgement on the point guard experiment for fantasy purposes, but he hasn't done anything that could be deemed jaw-dropping thus far in his early career. Anthony Davis - F - Hornets Hornets signed F Anthony Davis.
Davis, the No. 1 overall pick, has signed his contract with the Hornets and is expected to serve as the building block for the team's future. Davis will be immediately on the fantasy radar as as a guy who will block shots and rebound the basketball, and owners will be pleasantly surprised by his efficiency on the offensive end of the floor.
