Hornets land #1 and #10 picks

So Anthony Davis and who?

Getting Davis is MASSIVE. For all the talk of this being a deep draft, it's turned into one truly elite prospect in Davis and a bunch of good-but-flawed guys, which means there may be solid value at 10 if guys like Sullinger, Jones, Drummond, Lillard, Wroten, etc. drop that far.

BPA. Could also trade down from number 10 and pick up an additional pick or trade up and get another really good player.

So we'll either take a player, trade down, or trade up?

If this team can find a real point guard in the draft or free agency and Eric Gordon doesn't go all Mr. Glass on us, the Hornets may actually have a bright future. That would have been impossible to believe only 3-4 months ago.

There you go.

Of course, the last thing I want them to do is trade out and I can't imagine wanting to trade the #10 for a player, but if someone wants to give up an all-star center for the #10 pick, I'd think about it.

When you have two lottery picks, especially the #1, you use them.

I guess we could forfeit the pick if we wanted to.
