Won't win the series or the game probably but atleast they aren't playing like the Spurs

Let's hope they remember there's two quarters left to play this time now that it's the playoffs. It's the same story every game, come out strong with high energy and dominating in the first half but lay down the next two quarters. Free throws are killing them right now, despite a 7 point lead. They're something like 2-9 at the line. The lead should be a lot bigger

I think the main problem with the Hornets isn't lack of focus but that the focus fades away as the game goes on because they are so tired. Lack of depth means more minutes for the key players and when you get tired every little thing you do wrong just makes it harder and harder to play disciplined because you start to force things and when the shots don't fall the energy fades away so quickly

This 3rd will determine the game.
We always are hot in the first half... drop off the third... and catch up the fourth...

If Ariza could finish at the rim and if we could hit free throws, this game wouldn't even be close.

Looks like FT's will decide this game. Hornets 5-13 at the line versus the Lakers' 22-29. Un******believable

We made it through the third. I am now confident we will win.

LOL at Gasol defending CP.
I now feel we have this game pretty much wrapped up as long as they don't take the foot off the pedal and allow the Lakers to make their usual runs within a few minutes left of games. I didn't realize how well we've defended Gasol. He's 1-8 from the field and his only shot made was during the opening minutes of the first quarter.

Van Gundy? He's been pretty fair IMO. He's been creaming over Aaron Gray each time he made a shot or got to the line
