Crazy EX help
So I have come to here because I honestly am at a loss of what to do. I have an ex who I dated for 7 months (4 of which was long distance) and we broke up about a year and 4 months ago. The break up was bad as it was long distance and she would call me from other peoples phones, and would call 16 times a night (not joking or being figurative) every weekend for a month. Well we havent had contact since March but before that time she had hid stuff in my room giving her an excuse to come back (read: she hid a pair of panties behind/under my bed). Well I just recieved a voice mail from her, pretending to be a girl that I told her I had started seeing (the name was made up but I was seeing someone else), telling me that we should be friends. The message is 3 mins long and was followed up by some drunk texts from her and 3 more calls. What should I do????

Ignore teh crazy and it will (eventually.... maybe VERY eventually, to be sure) go away. This takes discipline, because it is tempting to just turn around and yell at teh crazy, or fight with teh crazy.
But attention is what crazy wants, and crazy does not distinguish between negative attention and positive attention.
Your friends may have what you think is a great idea for "revenge" on teh crazy. This idea will probably backfire in teh crazy somehow getting pregnant. You laugh but this is how half my guy friends ended up in one marriage or another. "Revenge" only shows teh crazy that you care.
0% of crazy women get pregnant by being ignored.
Do not feed teh crazy. Ignore her. Don't tell her any names of people you are seeing. Don't tell her anything at all. Block her number.
If you find any draws which are not yours, throw em out. You'll get more.

Gaminerie is absolutely correct. I had to block my ex's phone calls, unfortunately her texts still came through. I was getting 50 voicemails a day and who knows how many texts. Luckily for me, she moved back to Europe and everything eventually calmed down. Getting texts every few minutes from the ex while dating my now fiancee was not fun to explain. Nor was when my ex showed up unexpectedly in my bedroom at 8 in the morning a couple months after we broke up. I thought she was going to stab me or something. It was ugly.

WOW, this is exactly the same story (minus the now dating fiancee) I think avoidance is the proper move here. Like Gaminerie said "Don't feed teh crazy" Plus I have to remember one of the things that made my break up easy was her refusal to wear black and gold to the failcans at Saints game.

not worth it, not even a little bit. Take it from me bro, as soon as you even remotely try to be decent, teh crazy will go back to being crazy. There is no way to really make that situation work, no matter what you do.

There is defiantly no going back to her, and she is cute but she is way above the The Vicky Mendoza Diagonal. Therefore undateable.
