how to post videos

How do I embed videos into the threads like some of you have. Do I have to have a certain software. Because there are some cool videos that I want to show you guys (and no they arent all about the Raiders) and I dont know how to put them on the thread

If it's on youtube, click the share button by the video, then click embed and it should give you a code to copy. Then paste it in your post here.

I wonder if the admin team would consider adding .flv or .wmv files to the manage attachments list.
