Sounds more like Apple paid someone to write a nice little article for them with a bunch of jibberish about a platform war. Its all a matter of opinion though i dont hate iphones i just dont like them. You seem to like yours so good for you i was just bored with it and after the coolness wears off of the little apple on the back of the phone your stuck with a bland boring UI ....IMO

If you upgrade soon, you can be grandfathered into 4G with your unlimited Verizon data plan.
If you wait until Verizon implements its new tiered and device-sharing data plans, you can only keep your $30 unlimited data plan if you pay full price for your phone.
Because of that, I couldn't wait for the Galaxy S3. I went with the Droid Razr Maxx. It is a great phone with outstanding battery life (my most important feature). Highly recommend it.
