Need iPhone 4 Help

Ok guys the past few months this has happened to me.. I will say I'm not tech savvy but help me understand how I can fix this problem.

I don't know how often this is happening to me but I notice it when I get ready to call or text someone. My problem is my phone just up and loses contacts. It really irks me when I get ready to contact someone and boom no contact for them. Can someone help with this issue? Why does my phone just randomly lose contacts? I'm I doing something wrong or is it a iPhone issue... Thanks for any help or advice.

I would start looking into what computers you are using to sync up your phone with. Make sure they have updated versions of iTunes and that your iOS is up to date. Other than that.. not a clue.

You have these contacts saved in your address book? And they disappear?

Yep.. They vanish like I never put them in there. Always random names and numbers.

I'm assuming you've done a Reset on the phone? Of course first backing it up in iTunes so you can Restore all your stuff.

I have had issues with iTunes doing that w/ music..
