Aw hayul nah. I would never pay that much for a pair of headphones.
And with Grados, it's not even necessary to go "top price for best sound".
SR80s for me. I mostly pound death metal through 'em--
they don't kill me on the high end by sounding too tinny, and they
keep the bass and mid-range warm and wide. Love 'em. Only thing
is, the Grado pads SUCK. Thus, the Sennheiser pads, which fit
