Rule number one in any situation: NEVER let your opponent know what gets under your skin. The Romney campaign is throwing a party over this one...

Is this his Howard Dean "YeHa!" moment?
Sorry, I don't have FOX.

I always love when a Politician is called out on their previous statements and somehow it is a "game" that they won't play....but if another politician does it? Fair game....

I want to throw something at my TV every time I hear a politician say " the American people don't want to talk about this, they want to hear about (insert unassociated random issue here)."

IMO Romney's Mormon beliefs are the death nail for him in LA. Especially North LA.
I'm VERY curious to see how many LA people vote for him in the General Election. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of LA voters either vote for a 3rd candidate or don't vote at all.

Doesn't matter. Obama doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of carrying Louisiana.

"Earlier today, while campaigning in Wisconsin, I criticized Romney and Obama for their outrageous healthcare legislation. Predictably, I was aggressively attacked by a New York Times reporter all too ready to defend the two of them, and all too ready to distort my words," the message sent under Santorum's name read. "Let me assure you, I didn't back down, and I didn't let him bully me. I think it is high time that conservatives find the courage to expose the liberal press for what they are, a defender and enabler of Romney's and Obama's liberal agendas."
It was a message Santorum repeated during an appearance on Fox News Monday morning.
"If you haven't cursed out a New York Times reporter during the course of a campaign, you're not really a real Republican, is the way I look at it," Santorum said.

I am not trying to put down Southern Republicans, but if I may ask the question? What is drawing you to Rick and Newt? I know somebody on this board must be voting for one of them.

I noticed CBS abruptly cut off Santorum's original speech quote. If he indeed mentioned Obamacare or health care in the context of Romney being the worst Republican to represent the GOP re heath care, then the NYT reporter was wrong and deserved the response. If not, Santorum should not have reacted in such manner.

Sadly, it wasn't even a tough or hard-hitting question.
Rick just has no answer to it so playing the "Woe is me" card seems to be all that he has left.
