really? Payton on the field as a hologram {merged - kd}?
And did RG really say this?
"We're in uncharted territory here. Obviously, league rules don't specifically state anything about holograms, or any other likeness for that matter. And since it wouldn't really be Sean out there, I feel I've got to allow it. Even though it's against my better judgement and I hate the [edited] Saints."

I'm sure it is Droopy, but I can't think of a better way to get under Goodell's skin than to have a hologram Payton on the sideline during the Super Bowl.

It's on the internet, thus it's obviously 1000% true.

it's filed under "New Orleans Saints Satire" - it's a joke... pretty well thought out though

A RESPONSE
Did I read that right?!?
Did Commissioner Roger Goodell really say he hated our (edited) Saints?? How reliable is this? This would explain why he came down so hard on our Saints and didn’t even investigate allegations of other teams having bounty programs. The commissioner is supposed to be fair, consisstant, and unbiased when it comes to dealing with all the teams, especially when it comes to disciplining them. What if our Saints manage to win another Super Bowl this year? Or even make it deep into the Playoffs? Is Commissioner Goodell going to go fishing to find something else to punish our Saints for? And if they DO manage to make it deep into the playoffs, can we expect the refs to call a level game, or will the commissioner tell them fix it so our Saints lose? Unless this whole article is one big joke, Commissioner Goodell needs to be fired before he does more to destroy the N.F.L.

Eventually we'll all just stay home and live our lives vicariously through our holograms...
