Arian Foster or Ray Rice
Who is your first pick?
I say Ray Rice. I think the Ravens are more inclined to run than the Texans.

All things being equal, I go with the guy who is up for a contract soon. Rice just signed one. Foster is up for one soon. I've had Foster the last two years and he's served me pretty well. Personally, you can't really go wrong with either.
The Texans rely pretty heavily on the run, though.

Foster just signed a contract in March.
Foster doesn't face the AFC North twice/year, so he gets a slight nod over Rice. Like 51%/49%. You really couldn't go wrong either way.

I started typing 3 times and had to erase and start over each time because I changed my mind mid sentence. I would literally just flip a coin and be happy with my decision. Neither has much downside to them. I would much rather the second pick in the draft to make my decision easier and get an equal talent and 1 pick sooner in the second round.

I would be happy with both. One thing I might consider is that Houston also has Ben Tate who is pretty productive in his own right while Baltimore has no one that is much danger to steal touches behind Rice.

The durability issue also comes into play here, Foster has missed somewhat significant pt due to hamstring or other injuries. When it comes to my first pick, I always try to take the consistent player, somebody thats going to give me 15-25 points per game instead of 10-30

Rice! He was my top pick last year and will be this year. Bruising back with speed, good OL, team that leans on the run and has good defense, and no injury history.

I don't see a problem with that. What are your issues with Ray Rice?
Would any of you take a QB (Rodgers/Brees)as a #1 draft pick?

I have the first pick in a draft tonight and am trying to decide.
I see Foster is the #1 guy in most things I read, but I'm really still undecided.

I just had a draft and Ray Rice was picked 5th. Foster, Rodgers, Brady, McCoy, Rice. I picked 8th and got Chris Johnson.
