As some of you know, I traditionally do a Free fantasy football league on Yahoo for Saints report every year. This year is no different, and I'm still looking for players in a 10 team league. (I've always felt that 10 teams were better, because you get a little more balance in personnel, and for injuries.)

I'd like to play, but I really enjoyed playing through Facebook last year. I found their fantasy to work well.
I'd like to tweak the point set up as well, but if you're not willing to do so I understand.
Let me know what you think.

I've never played through facebook. I imagine that it might get annoying if you get an email/status notification every time there's a move made, but it's an intriguing option. I understand wanting to tweak the point set-up, I've heard some of that before, but you didn't say how you would want to change it.


Please note that I've changed the draft to the 20th of August and 4:30. I feel like this is the best option to fill the league by that time.

If you start another league that drafts at a different time, let me know, and I'll join. I'm at 4 leagues right now, and usually do 5, so I've got room for another one, especially if it's a Yahoo league (since my others are there as well; makes it easier to do those last minute roster changes on Sunday morning from your iphone on the way home from church ).

I didn't find last year to be annoying at all on Facebook. It did not spam your news feed at all, now that I think back.


I enjoyed playing in a 14 team league last year that started: QB, RB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, K, DEF. Six bench positions. It made the free agents VERY important and the league MUCH harder. It made nearly every player valuable in some way because there were so many teams and roster spots.


For points, I'd like 50 points per passing yard, 10 points per rushing and receiving, and no bonuses for 300 yards passing, 100 yards rushing, etc.


I'm on Facebook often, so I found it convenient to use.


If this sounds good to anyone, comment back and I'll start up a league for us. Keep in mind I'd like 14 ACTIVE teams that will be in it all season.


And OP, if you're interested, we could come to some agreement on it.
Let me know.
