Just bought it today. Stone is a much better song without the crappy video.

OK. I've got a big problem with this. What's with every lyric being forced with studio created harmony to hide any discernible single voice? It gets tiring really quickly and takes away from the actual effect of nicely timed harmony. I'll listen a few times, but I'm disappointed right now.

Yeah, give it a few more listens, it might end up growing on you.
I know what you're talking about with the vocals and honestly it took a few listens for me to not be disappointed with what you're talking about with the harmonizing and with the overall lack of Duvall's vocals throughout the album.
But I've listened to this album a ton of times already and the vocals have become much less of an issue for me the more I've listened to it.
One thing about Jerry Cantrell, he has never been the most amazing guitar player or anything, but he is very creative and if there was no singing, I could pick out his style just by listening to the tune.
