Why would I want to watch an expensive cartoon perform? It is really cool, but more like EPCOT cool, not go to see itin concert by itself cool. The new laser light show?

The hologram of Tupac Shakur that was featured in Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg's headlining set at Coachella on Sunday may be heading out on the road, the Wall Street Journal reports. According to the paper's sources, the rappers are in the process of discussing logistics for a joint tour that would regularly feature the hologram.

can you imagine when the technology gets cheaper, ppl are going to have these things in their homes. not even of famous ppl, but of ppl they know or knew.
imagine full length movies on a stage or in a park instead of in a theather.

When I read this, I pictured Snoop sitting in a chair talking to a holographic Tupac.

Right on Tupac, waay off on Shakur. I would guess it is a more West African style Arabic name, but I know it has nothing to do with Zulu peoples, or anyone in that region.
Hologram was Dr. Dre's idea to do? Wish he would have done "Death Around the Corner" or "Life of an Outlaw"...the non-commercial Tupac. Love the tremolo on that track.
