Do not want new patch from all the complaints that I'm reading/hearing!! For once, I'm grateful that the 360 version of BF is lagging behind in the updates.

From what I've read/heard, tanks are now pieces of cardboard. 1 Javelin hit means a disable. Jets and helis are a one hit disable with a stinger. They reduced the range on the stinger missile, but also reduced the time it takes to lock on. The most complaints are about how they buffed the suppression. It only takes a few bullets for you to be fully suppressed (blurred vision, inaccurate fire even at close range), and even the perk that is supposed to reduce suppression isn't that effective. There are more complaints, but those were the ones that stuck out the most so far.
I see the suppression thing being a big problem. It means some lowly-ranked scrub can spray in your general direction and you won't be able to accurately fire back. Sure, it's more realistic, but balance>>>>>>>>realism.

Yea, the suppression sucks as infantry, but getting in a tank now is almost insta-death. Everyone is running around as engis with javs or rpgs. I consider myself to be pretty decent at this game but this last patch has narrowed the gap between noobs and actual good players just because of the suppression effect. Its a lot of luck now in a head on firefight. They need to put tanks back like they were and reduce the suppression. also, on a lot of guns having the foregrip actually adds more recoil to your gun....how is that even logical?!

Said it before, say it again. These people need to go to a range.

They also need to stop "fixing" things that don't need to be fixed. Very few people if any complained about suppression, tanks, or attachments, so there was no need to change them.

Yeah, from the BLOP Deux thread, here are my issues with BF3:
"My issue with BF3 is that the main thing that made BC2 different was the fact that the destructable environment meant that the map and strategy could and would change in any given round. It made the sniper class with mortars highly valuable to change the map and turn a round around. In BF3, they have basically made snipers and mortar useless and instead allow choppers and jets to dominate maps. Or, if they aren't dominating the maps, half of each team is just flying around dogfighting and ignoring the objective of the game.
You can no longer change a game by destroying certain structures or destroy them to get rid of camping spots. It's mostly become cosmetic instead of a real part of the strategy. And, snipers are now used more or less by people who like to quick scope with a sniper rifle to get one shot kills or people using automatic shotguns with over powered frag rounds that one shot kill with accuracy from 100 yards away to camp with motion sensors. They have more or less turned the BF franchise into a slower version of MW. It's no longer really something new. Especially since they are now nerfing tanks and aircraft which was the last thing that made it different from MW."

How are you so consistently wrong about stuff? Well, at least you have consistency. That's something.

I've been using the starter guns like the m4a1 and the m16a3 and have been dominating with them. It just seemed like they are catering to noobs with this last patch. In some cases leaving well enough alone is the perfect option and they just blew that out of the water. The Famas should have been nerfed but now its totally useless. I just don't understand what they were thinking with this one. Did they even test this before releasing it live?!
