BF is the best game series ever, and DICE seems to think they've crafted the best game in the series with BF3... they're even calling out COD for a title fight this November. Color me excited.

they called out COD when BBC2 came out, and everyone knows how that turned out. Most of you may enjoy the Battlefield series, but COD is the top dog when it comes to modern shooters.

Not really. In the past battlefield released their games early in the year (june and march I believe) so as not to compete with COD but this year they are releasing their game during the holidays. Apparently they feel that they can go against COD. We shall see.

BC2 was released in March

they didn't want to go up against COD.....this time, they are releasing BF3 during the holiday season to go head up against whatever COD is likely to come out
