Actually, after doing a Google search I found this page:

And, it says "Jump into Combat Training and hone your tactics offline against A.I. bots in both Free-For-All and Team Deathmatch game modes." Which means that it's offline.
Did I really have to Google that for you? I mean, really? It took me like 10 seconds. You really couldn't have done that instead of wasting all this time with me messing with you? Falcon fans.
