Seriously, I though the COD: MW story was okay but not great. The story built a bit up to the end, but the actual end seemed a little anti-climatic. Anyway, I though the story for Battlefield: Bad Company was much better and much more unique.

I haven't tried that either. Maybe I'll give it a go whilst waiting for November to get here. What do you think about the game's multiplayer feature? This video I just watched looks pretty entertaining.

I really think the multiplayer is great. It's the first multiplayer game that I have ever gotten really into.

i will admit, i thought the campaign was awesome in CODMW.....

i didn't play any multiplayer

but MW2 looks like it will be better....

Its hard to tell from the short video, but if its is just as good as the original, it will be worth the wait. I got Fallout 3 which is better than I expected and hope that it will fill the void until November. I got all excited to get Kill Zone 2 only to find out it is only console and not available for the PC.

I read somewhere that at selected midnight releases, there is going to be a sniper nearby in the trees somewhere that if you spot him with your special edition night vision goggles, you win some sort of prize.

I'm not kidding. This isn't typical mongoosian hyjinks. This really is set to occur. I'll see if I can find the article.

Somebody posted it here. I think the deal is that they let you use a pair of the night vision goggles and if you find the sniper, you win the Prestige Edition of the game. But, I could be off on the specifics.

The guy at my local Game Stop said they are doing it at this location. I'm not sure what the prize is though. I was the one who said it originally.
