no sir, i dont agree. gears will do well, but you are talking about a microsoft exclusive vs a cross platform juggernaut. Dont get me wrong. the Gears franchise is awesome and i enjoy the hell out of the campaign and horde. but for true competitive multiplayer, im gonna stick to CoD. and only the ones made by infinity ward.

No, the two "Main" guys at IW had a falling out with Activision, and got canned. They started a new House called Respawn Entertainment with EA. This has led to a messy legal battle that is still unresolved. Infinity Ward is still around, but pretty much just the name.
I wonder if they'll ever introduce fire selectors and weapon jams.
Does it strike anyone else as odd that in the weapon progression, the AK 47 is one of the last weapons you unlock (in most games), yet it's the most common assault rifle in the world?

It's been my favorite to use in the last couple of CODs as well (except I'd make sweet love to the tar21).
