Elite is mildly disappointing; but I was probably going to buy the DLC anyways. Might as well get some kind of diverting service for the trouble. Plus, it reminds me how much I suck.

Everyone has there own opinion. Are their things in the game that can get frustrating...sure....there was stuff in Black Ops, MW2 and MW that were frustrating. Can't wait for Black Ops 2 to come out.

I don't think that people on here are the only ones who think it's the worst COD yet. I've read it everywhere. The maps are terrible and just when I thought COD couldn't have a worse spawn system infinty ward went and raised the bar. MW3 makes it very difficult for good players by catering to the bad ones. It has some of the worst kill streaks yet and it's pretty much useless to use air based killstreaks because they are so underpowered. Black Ops wasn't perfect but you would be hard pressed to find many people who like MW3 more.

I thought the MW3 maps work pretty well: they discourage camping and are designed to give different advantages to different weapons & styles of play. The Black Ops multiplayer maps aren't quite as balanced and seem a little less well thought-out. Some types of play in MW3 are just run-and-gun, but others give preference to actual squad-type assaults and defense. I'm interested in the new map packs coming out in a week or so, and the small squad (1-2 player) style (Faceoff? I forget what it is called).

Does MW3 have its issues in multiplayer? Of course. Funny that some think the air support perks are underpowered - I hate them as you can get going and then get blown apart repeatedly by multiple missiles or helicopters. But then, I suck and rarely get good killstreaks.

I haven't played Battlefield 3's multiplayer yet, but I own the game and will get to it when I have time. I hear it is a bit more tactical, which is a good thing. I found Battlefield 1943 dreary and disjointed.

Everyone hates it, yet they will buy the next one. It's the same thing over and over. People hated BLOPs when it first came out.

Honestly, you hear the same thing for every call of duty game. Yes, the spawns suck sometimes. The things I hate about the game are actually the things that are in every one of the game. I can't stand people who camp. I think the shotguns are too overpowered. for someone to be able to kill be from some of the distances they can is rediculous. I stopped using it, but tend to switch back when in games where the opposing team uses them. I don't mind getting killed by an RPG from a distance, but I can't stand the people that seem to run around and only use those as weapons. These are all issues with the players, not the game. there are a few maps that I can't stand. Black Box for one...its basically a snipers map. I avoid that map at all cost. Quick scoping is another thing I can't stand. Black Ops 2 is supposed to be taking the auto assist away from the sniper rifles...can't wait. It will make it harder for them to quick scope. Despite all that for the most part I enjoy playing the game. Again, can't wait for Black ops 2 to come out...it looks very good.
