This looks like an awesome game that is getting great reviews.
However, as much as I'd love to buy it, I can't bring myself to pay the full price for the Augmented Edition. $69.99. I don't even want to pay full price.
...I've got a huge gaming backlog, and unless it's a game that I absolutely love, I think I'm going to wait on some of these games until the price drops a little.
But, with that said, I would love to preorder this game if I actually had time to play it. It looks awesome.
EDIT: I take it back. I checked and I had $100 in gamestop trade in credit, so I broke down and pre-ordered from Gamestop. You get a bunch of extra weapons and an extra mission if you pre-order, plus I wanted the nicer edition of the game with all the bonus features. The reviews won me over.
1UP (A): "I don't normally replay games, but there are exceptions: I've probably played through Metal Gear Solid 3 a dozen times and Deus Ex about four. I have a feeling that DEHR is going to be one of those games. I'm loving the sheer amount of choice I have because it's up to me to discover it. "
The above review concerns me. Metal Gear and all the other stealth games bore me. So, I'm concerned that someone who loves those kinds of games is high on this game.
Cue antipop with "you don't like good games."

I hear you there. I was going to pick this up tonight, but the play and trade on tchoups (where i have a huge store credit) apparently did not buy any copies other than their pre orders. So, it may be a few days before i'm able to get my hands on this one.

When you get it, let us know if it's any good and if it's a stealth game or not. It would be nice if there was something new and good to play, but I don't want to waste $65 if it's a stealth game.

The boxed PC version comes with a free digital copy of the game for use on OnLive, if anyone has OnLive...but apparently, do not buy the boxed copy at Gamestop because they are removing the OnLive coupons...
Here is the link with a pic of the coupon, and an alleged Gamestop employee in the comments says Gamestop is removing the coupons.
Of course, I bought on Xbox, so I don't care. If I ever do buy it on PC, it will be on Steam. I have AT&T DSL and it's too slow to run OnLive.

Agreed.
Although, if it was a stealth game done right I could be up for it.

This answers the stealth question. According to the review the games best strength is allowing you to tackle missions in a variety of different ways. Guns blazing, stealth, and tons of flexibility.. I love games like games this so this is very appealing to me. Looks good, but is it worth it? Now the question is which one of us will pony up the 59 bucks to give a REAL review.

You are the richest, so I nominate you.

I picked it up, though i don't know when i'll get enough time with it to review it. As it's the only game coming out for months that i'm interested in, i figured it to be a good purchase.
Mongoose will analyze all kinds of things about the game- love the thoroughness...and well, pop will usually look at things from an entirely different angle than I do, so this is a good thing..and ironically that's why I really like his reviews.
Besides, I'm tied down with Rift, and been playing some Bastion. I also have Dragon Age 2, on 360, that's been sitting here for 3 weeks unopened. sigh
