Just beat Normal last night on my Witch Doctor. Act 4 was WAY too short.

I killed him okay on my Wiz on normal, but haven't gotten to him on NM yet working through Act 1 on NM.
I was in a group with my Barb when I killed him on NM and Hell but during the fight the ranged classes seemed to be dropping like flies though, so I don't think it's you doing anything wrong. From what I have read the ranged classes seem to really shine in a group.

It's funny but as I monk I struggle with certain elite/rare pack mobs but I can cruise through most act end bosses. The big thing for me is that I run a dodge monk so I don't get his 60% of the time. They only hard part of the fight is dodging the green blasts on the ground phase.

If you need help I can hop in a game to get you past him if you need. My 60 DH friend always had issues with Beleil as well from NM through Inferno.

No authenticator?  The irony...
Hope you get your stuff back, and I hope you don't use your bnet password for anything else (online banking, emails, etc). The authenticator smartphone app is free, and it works. I haven't heard of anyone that uses it getting hacked. Those that played WoW probably already had it. Blizzard should have really made sure people that didn't were aware of how important it is.

OP Wiz here, stuck in Act 2 inferno as well. DH's have it much better than we do, however. I ran a friend through hell last night to get him 60 and into inferno. I've been in inferno for over a week and I'm sitting at 40k health and 40k dps. An hour after hitting 60, he's sitting at 52k 
DH gear is so freaking cheap on the AH, and their dps (at least on the paperdoll) scales better than everyone else. He's using a crappy 600 ish DPS 2h crossbow and he has more dps than I do with a fast 811 dps 1h + high dmg source (300+ top end) + IAS rings, amulet, and gloves AND 1400 intel. Annoying ....

Yeah I heard it was a big problem as well. What sucks though is some people claimed Blizzard was unable to recover their characters. Another unfortunate thing is that others are saying that if you get hacked 2 times or more your account will not be able to use the Real Currency Auction house.
As Fish said the Blizzard Authenticator is your friend.
