Me too. Despite the fun sponges in this thread, the rest of the internets has **** bricks. There is a lot to be excited about. This is an alpha build of the game that we're seeing, so it's due a lot more polish. Also, Bungie never releases all their new features until release. The fact that we see so much new stuff in this early video means there will be a ton of new stuff when all is said and done.
The Halo 3 beta probably showed 10% of the new stuff. We won't truly know how epic Reach will be until the fall.
Halo haters all over the internet are looking at this alpha build video and proclaiming its greatness. The reaction is pretty remarkable.
The hype will continue to grow, and Bungie is masterful at leaking, teasing, and creating hype, so we're in for an interesting ride until release. That's always sort of frustrated me about Bungie, but I understand the need to play it close to the vest. It's aggravating though.
Nothing in that video fits the description of the "bomb" that they teased yesterday. There is more goodness yet to come it seems.

Look, I'm the same guy that didn't like Infamous and likes Halo 3. I call them as I see them. I'm tough on games and even the mighty Bungie gets no slack from me.
I'm sure the game will be great. All I'm saying is that at this point I don't see anything to get too hyped up about. The graphics and presentation have changed some, but I don't see any huge leap forward in MP gaming at this point. I was promised MEGATONZ and I'm not going to be happy until I get them. After all, it's Bungie, not Sony.
