im probably going to get it for PC and 360. i only have two hardcore PC gaming friends, so i dont want to miss out on the multiplayer fun. so im getting the 360 version to play with all of my friends. on the flipside, i want to see this game in all its glory on my ********ly overbuilt PC.

Just curious, but what kinda of games do you actually like?
It's just kinda shocking to say fallout 3 and left 4 dead aren't special.
Do you hate Dead space also? Is Jessica Alba fat and ugly?
I'll bet you like Halo though.

I dont like rpgs, but I gave Fallout a shot. As for Left 4 Dead, it just wasnt all that great. I'll rent the full game when it comes out, maybe its just the demo wasnt great. Halo is alright but I'm more of a COD fan. Never played Dead Space, and Jessica Alba is hot. My favorite games are the God of War, Prince of Persia, and Hitman series.

<---- also a big fan of the hitman series. They get terrible reviews and I think they're all just fantastic. I don't even bother with anything other than Silent Assassin on every level...

This game has the potential to be really good IF your on a team void of dummies.
I..............was on a team with idiots.
1 guy kept running ahead causing the infected to swarm him.
Another team-mate, kept setting himself and I on fire.
Friendly Fire is a bad idea on a game like this.
Valve needs to rethink that.

Welcome to a taste of what being in a bad group in a MMO is like, Rob.
I just played single player and used bots for my team-mates. I loved the experience.
But yeah, I would assume having a few idiots on your team could ruin the experience. Sort of like running Molten Core in WOW pre-bc with an idiot pick up group. Or any 5 man instance for that matter with a few morons..lol, no fun at all. But it can be a blast, in the right group.
I just stuck with the bots and loved it. I could only image how fun it could be with a group of friends.(non-idiots). I would assume you could TURN OFF friendly fire if you like. I couldn't shoot my bots, and they couldn't shoot me. The option has to be there for actual people playing the game.
