I actually don't have any classes were i carry more than one gun (i don't play as a soldier).
as an engineer and adept, i usually just do a snipe rifle and as a vanguard i do just a shotgun. this makes me susceptible to certain enemies, but seems to do great for the majority of what's thrown at you.
Engineer and Infiltrator = Sniper only or sniper and really light SMG just in case (i use only sniper)
Vanguard or Adept = SMG or Heavy Pistol only (i like heavy pistol)
Sentinal biotic heavy (humans) = just heavy pistol or smg
Sentinal other (turian batarian) = Shotgun and heavy pistol
Soldier = Shotgun and Heavy pistol
I never use assualt rifles or smg's really

depends. the drell adept uses reave and grenades. you can reave then throw a grenade then take a shot and by then reave again

I think it's the valiant. It's the asari adept...freeze them and head shot...rinse and repeat.
I didn't have a big problem with the Ending. To me Bioware was leaving stuff open in case they wanted sequels, and offshoot games. I know most of the internet population has been enraged by it but it wasn't as bad as they are making it out to be. Would have I liked more info on what happened to people? Sure I would love it.
Anyone that's finished it, thoughts on the Indoctrination theory that's been going around?

Spoilers:
I think the indoctrination theory makes sense and didn't mind that at all. In fact, I think it is new and kind of cool.
I did have a problem with not being told what happens after you "wake up" (assuming you destroyed the Reapers). Choosing that option just meant that you resisted indoctrination, not that you have actually won the war yet.
I also felt that no matter which option you chose, you got pretty much the same ending cutscene. I think we need to know what happens in the war and what happens to our crew/friends/lovers/etc. I don't think they gave us enough info there.
They are coming out with free dlc to add to the ending, so hopefully that will flesh out what happens to our people.
That's the thing I don't like about the Indoctrination theory is that if you pick the "Red" ending you destroy them, but the other two endings you don't, which to me means you made a bad or wrong decision.

Basically. I think that's a cool idea. All along our mission was to destroy the Reapers. Then in typical Reaper indoctrination fashion, they try and cloud your mind and confuse what you think you have to do. We've seen it happen to characters during missions, we saw it happen to the Illusive Man. If you don't choose to destroy the reapers then they have gotten to you.

And I totally agree to that, but wouldn't that be a bad outcome to the game? Do you think Bioware would do that to it's fans? Dunno if you can tell but those damn reapers duped me.
While BioWare is working hard on the first single-player downloadable add-on for Mass Effect 3, a new report has appeared concerning the second multiplayer-oriented DLC for the game, called Rebellion, which brings new maps, characters, weapons, and more.......
Has anyone gotten their commendation packs from last weekend yet? Just wondering what everyone got. I'm having problems with my internet so I haven't been able to get on in a few days.
