Worst travel times ever..not uncommon to spend 45 minutes traveling..just walking! And then sometimes the spot you want to get to is cut off from a cliff! It's like they did it on purpose.

They will lose quite a few people that will quit this game out of travel time boredom. They really need to fix that ASAP.

Long travel times? I played wow for 5 years and the travel time doesnt seem any different. At starting areas you get fast running at level 14. At 25 you get your riding training. There are taxi services to far off areas to help u get back faster and quick travel points like binding to an inn in wow but no limit to how many u can unlock. As for some places that are out of the way or hard to get to i dont think that is uncommon either.

I admit I was exaggerating a bit..but nevertheless it's annoying.

I'm loving the story telling though. The Sorcerer(Sith) main story line is just incredible.

I just finished my Act I and I must say it was awesome. ACT II seems to be even better!

I got ya but this isnt star trek. Scotty cant beam you to the mission area lol. Besides you have to walk before you run before you sprint and before you ride. Besides if you stick to your class quest then you get your starship pretty quick and if your an inquisitor or warrior the Fury is one bad mother of a sexy ship.

Travel times on planet aren't that bad, except for Balmorra. That is one big planet for not having a speeder. They should really think about having a level 15 speeder. Penny Aracade brought this up but to go from the fleet to a planet takes entirely to much zoning: fleet>hanger>ship>airlock>orbital station>planet. I really don't understand the need of the airlock or the orbital station. All I can say is thank god I have a SSD.

huh? i hit 14 on my assassin last night.. heck, i got my khem val at beginning of lvl 8. have rolled thru it.

and opp is 25, and recall 1 target had that prob, but kaliyo just oblitterated them. not game breaking..

game does have some bugs.. some quite annoying. not going to argue that, all but the 1, i've found if you can't target something, back out, break los so they get out the wall they are standing in, then they can be obliterated.

also, the airlock between ship and dock, is some they have a fight there.

One thing great about the game is it most likely has the most fluid and spot on accurate tab targeting system I have ever seen in a mmo which really adds to the enjoyment of this game. This is really an under the radar under-rated type stat that many overlook, but I can't begin to tell you how much more enjoyable the combat is in this game compared to many other mmos just because of how accurate and immediate reacting it is..

I would advise anyone that is going to try this game out to do a lot of research regarding servers before they just pick one at random.(Or just read this post)

Grouping is a major issue with this game considering there is no dungeon finder.

I was forced to leave Mind trick because grouping was soo poor(and this is one of the more populated servers)

I went ahead and rolled on SPACE SLUG where the population is not only huge, but there is a lot of Empire side guys rolling around. Not republic, but empire on space slug..booming pop.

So empire side, server space slug..it's also a west coast server so if you game late like I do it works on central time. 12 midnight my time= 10pm server time...it's still loaded wtih peeps/

Jung Ma is a healthy rp-pvp server as well, over 200 in Imperial Fleet at the moment. East coast.

Finally starting to level in this game. Going light side on my Marauder. Walking around the Empire with blue light sabers, NBD. Darth Baras is awesome. That is all.

My Sith sniper is about to hit 30 (Thana Vesh). I haven't done much grouping, mostly because the solo in this is so fun. Bioware's presence is obvious. It's very Mass Effect-like, considering it's an RPG.

I am all dark, and loving it.

i keep meaning to start playing it. i have the client installed, and my brother gave me his account info. work is killing most of my free time at the moment. sigh. all i do for the tax payers.

I'm so busy with school right now... I managed to hit level 24 with my Republic Trooper, but I have not had time to play in a few weeks. I'm done with school on Wednesday, so maybe then I'll get some time in.
