Should be a non-issue, but media will make it one.

Exactly. Maybe we should send that pic of KOS and family to the media as well.

What about those girls dressed up as Mariachi? Will they face the cold hammer of "political correctness", too?

That's retarded. Who cares what she dressed up as. It was a costume, not a day-to-day attire. To me this is the same thing as Dave Chapelle dressing up as a white dude - I don't care.

She's an ugly lil wayne in costume, but I'm totally clueless as to what the issue is?

I don't see how this is an issue. She is dressing up as a specific person. I could see this being an issue (for the PC folks) if she was just dressing up as a black person but in this case she is clearly trying to be Lil Wayne.

People really need to stop being so sensitive.....It was Halloween for Christ sake....
The black women in the pics didn't seem to mind...all this pc bs is getting way out of hand...
I will say this, she looks much better as a white woman.......
Why isn't anyone complaining about these two freaks..... As they could possibly upset some moms out there....

she did a pretty good job, although I would have rather seen her dressed up as something that looks a little better.
I bet if you show it to lil wayne he would think that it was funny and next year he would go as a cowboy cheerleader himself.

What the hell people, it's Halloween. I think it would have been pretty hard for her to be Lil Wayne without a little facepaint
Those losers need to get a life if they make a big deal out of this.

Does this offend me? No
Was it a good idea? Definitely not
Pretty much all of you agree that it should be a non-story, but she should have known better. As representative of the Dallas Cowboys, there will repercussions for her. Political correctness or not, someone in the public's eye can't dress in blackface and not expect bad things to happen.
I bet that she's a good person and didn't mean any harm, but there is a dwindling portion of the population that still gets highly upset with this behavior, and for good reason. There was nothing good about minstrel shows and the Cowboys organization will be better served to take care of this issue quickly before it really gets out of hand.
Expect her to be dismissed from the cheerleader squad pretty soon.

The mega stupid thing about all of this is that she's more than likely a huge Lil Wayne fan and wasn't doing it to even make fun of him.
PC gone wrong AGAIN
