New Orleans Saints guard Jahri Evans makes AP All-Pro team

New Orleans Saints guard Jahri Evans was the only member of his team voted onto The Associated Press' All-Pro first team. Fellow guard Carl Nicks made the second team along with safeties Malcolm Jenkins and Darren Sharper. This is the second consecutive All-Pro honor for Evans.
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne, who prepped at Ehret, and Baltimore Ravens safety Ed Reed, who played at Destrehan, also made the first team. Former LSU star Dwayne Bowe, made the second team as a wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs. Buffalo defensive tackle Kyle Williams, who played for LSU, was voted onto the second team. The teams are selected by a nationwide panel of 50 media members who cover the NFL.
